Nomination for Entree Awards
Vakantiepark Mölke has been nominated for “Best New Holiday Concept”!
Vakantiepark Mölke has been nominated for the prestigious Entree Awards in the "Best New Holiday Concept" category! These awards are among the most prestigious hospitality and leisure awards in the Netherlands. The nomination is a tremendous recognition of the evolution Mölke has undergone in recent years to become the unique and surprising concept it is today.
The Entree Awards are presented to leading, innovative companies in the hospitality industry. In the “Best New Holiday Concept” category, Mölke is up against four other outstanding hospitality businesses—companies that are still developing and each bringing a refreshing concept to the market in their own unique way. These are all new-generation companies that, according to Entree, are a valuable addition to the existing leisure segment thanks to their fresh perspective.
This new perspective is loud and clear at Mölke: the new Slow Living concept has been recognized by the jury (which includes Ron Blauw) and is highly regarded. For those who haven't yet experienced the slow life for themselves, Slow Living can best be described as a new lifestyle that allows you to stay true to yourself amid the hustle and bustle of the world around you. Mölke encourages you to take the first steps toward this lifestyle. You'll figure out for yourself how you'd like to spend your time, and Mölke will help make sure you have a great time. Start your day with a sustainable, locally sourced breakfast, and spend the afternoon exploring the beautiful natural surroundings at your own pace—or lose yourself in a good book while listening to the gentle sounds of the river Regge! End your day at our brand-new restaurant, or in the hot tub at your unique accommodation. Let yourself be inspired and do exactly what you want to do! Do you want something arranged? They've made things easy for you. You can book and make reservations for everything through the Mölke App.
Mölke owes its nomination for the Entree Awards to so much more than just its own concept. Through long-term collaborations with partners in the festival industry, local governments, and local businesses (including those in the hospitality sector), Mölke is able to enhance the experience it aims to offer its guests. The beautiful nature park that Mölke is today provides a space for the natural features of the Sallandse Heuvelrug, the Regge Valley, and native plant species. The delightful festival atmosphere that has been created offers guests the opportunity to keep exploring endlessly and to experience Slow Living in many different ways.
Soon, the jury will have the opportunity to experience firsthand all the wonderful things that have been created at Zuna. During a site visit, Mölke will have the chance to show the jury the vacation park, and they will assess the concept’s execution, originality, sustainability, and future-proofing. The awards will be presented by the 23-member jury on Monday, November 28th, at Amsterdam Theater.
