Vakantiepark Mölke is proclaimed Best Training Company of the Year for 2021/2022!
Vakantiepark Mölke has been named the 2021/2022 Recreation Training Company of the Year by the FNV Recreatie labor union. This award is a tremendous recognition of the efforts Mölke makes every year to train talented students to become skilled, dedicated, and well-rounded specialists in the recreation industry. The expert jury selected Mölke because it is groundbreaking and innovative. Employees and interns come first. There are not simply told to work from their own silo. We employ a multidisciplinary approach to work and training by working in a fun and smart way. A whole suite of tools is offered to help them work smarter.
Mölke owes its title of “Training Company of the Year 2021/2022” to these dedicated students, who nominated Mölke for the award. During the competition, in which Mölke competed against nearly 40 recreation companies, the expert jury considered a number of different factors in selecting a winner. Among the things considered was the creation of a stimulating work and learning environment in which students can push their limits and surpass themselves.
The training company’s vision was also evaluated, and Mölke has it clearly defined. Learning at Mölke is challenging and sparks curiosity. By giving students the opportunity to gain experience in various departments within the company, they are able to form a clear picture of their (future) role in the recreation industry. Students are given all the support, guidance, and (digital) tools they need to develop into confident recreational talent.

As the 2021/2022 Training Company of the Year, Mölke hopes to train many up-and-coming talents during the upcoming school year.
